How do we enter the property?

Answer:
The villa itself is equiped with a state-of-the-art security alarm.
It has digital door locks, this means that a new security code can be given to you close to your check in date.

This enables you to drive directly to the property and gain entry without needing to obtain keys first.  
Alarm and door codes will be provided along with detailed directions prior to your visit.
 
This means that all your party can gain entry for the duration of your stay without sharing keys.

Is the pool heated?

Answer:
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost.

We would recommend pool heat from October through to May.

The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).

We offer 2 different pool heating options, all of which have a minimum charge of $80.

  1. Pool heated between 80 and 85 degrees, 8 hrs heating a day. $25 day
  2. Pool heated between 90 and 95 degrees, 8 hrs heating a day. $40 day

The choice is yours
You must request pool heating a minimum 48 hours ahead of arrival.
If you decide during your stay, there will be a $15 call out charge.
All temperatures subject to change, if air temperature is below 55 degrees.

What do I do if something breaks?

Answer:
Our management company is based near Windsor Hills and will respond quickly should you have a maintence problem during your stay.

To allow our villa to continue to meet your expectations, please be advised that any breakages, negligent damage will be charged for.
The Villa is professionally cleaned and inspected after each departure.

How far away are the main attractions?

Answer:
Windsor Castle is only a 5 minute drive (2 traffic lights) away from the
Walt Disney World's front gate.
The other Orlando attractions like Sea World, Universal and International Drive are less than 15 minutes away.

What stores/restaurants/medical services are nearby?

Answer:

We are a short drive away from many fabulous eateries, minutes away from many local amenities such as Publix. The Orlando area itself offers hundreds of shopping centres featuring every product imaginable. There are themed shopping areas as well as traditional malls.

In addition there are a wide variety of stores on Highway 192.
There is a wealth of restaurants nearby on US 192 such as Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chick Fil A, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI's, Dennys along with Chinese, Italian etc, many of whom will deliver.

For peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre five minutes away.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

Answer:
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements.
Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.

If booked directly with the owners a complimentary welcome/utility package will be supplied free of charge.

Prior to arrival, the villa is prepared with essential supplies, so you our guests don't have to run out and shop the moment you arrive!

In each of our bathrooms, you will find a hairdryer.

To make your trip extra special we can also arrange birthday and anniversary surprises, please do ask.

What entertainment is provided?

Answer:
Our games room is fully equiped with pool table, foosball table, air hockey table and electronic dart board. A good selection of books, games, puzzles.

There is a X-Box 360, 2 controllers plus games. Free High-speed, Internet connection, a recently added computer system, complete with printer/fax machine.

There is an up to date Sat Nav available for our guests use.  Plus sets of Walkie Talkies, so handy for keeping in touch within busy Parks or when Shopping

An extensive selection of videos, games etc are available at the communal
resort office located at the complex’s main gate.

A selection of inflatable toys for fun in the water is located at the poolside.

We also provide a Grill for you to use during your stay.
This is free of charge, if cleaned prior to departure.

Is the villa equipped for children - what do I need to bring with me if I have a small child?

Answer:
The villa is fully equipped with a deluxe pack and play, a wooden cot, highchair and stroller for your use, there is ample bedding for the baby's cot - all items are of the highest standard and as you would expect the luxurious bedding is spotlessly clean. With children of our own, we know how important it is to make them safe and secure. The patio doors are equipped with a pool alarm and the pool has a great selection of inflatable toys so you all can have fun.

How do I access the ‘Reserves’ facilities on arrival at Windsor Hills?

Answer:
Windsor Hills have introduced a new Visitor Management System called ‘CapSure’.
Pending your arrival your party’s vacation dates are logged onto this system and encase of any IT ‘glitches’ you are also  supplied with a rental voucher (within the Welcome e-mail that you are sent) this allows the Guest and
their party to gain access into the development.   The driver of each car must present a valid driver’s license to confirm ID.

After validating your reservation, the Security Officer will issue each car
with a Smartkey Card. This card will allow you/family to enter/exit the resort when you present the barcode at the scanners at the Main Gate to Windsor Hills.

The Smartkey Numbers located just above the barcode will allow you access to the Clubhouse amenities and the code at the bottom gives access to the children’s playground.
